Pros

Good benefits: fair salary, good pension, private health care, paid overtime and generous Christmas party and gifts. Employees generally very friendly and welcoming. The company is generally doing very well so good job security.

Cons

Extremely repetitive job. It can be quite challenging but this does not led to satisfaction as there is no end achievement. The company offers absolutely no development with no progress reviews at all after passing probation. There is a very strong blame culture where feedback is only ever negative. One manager in fact said that management should not give positive feedback to employees because if they're doing it right, they're only doing their job. Graduates generally get bored quickly and feel undervalued and unfulfilled so there is an extremely high turnover - in the EuroFile and WorldFile departments around 15 people left in the space of a year (of a department of around 45). Management seem to have accepted this rather than trying to retain and develop their employees. Senior management try to have as little to do with employees as possible.

Pros

Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

Cons

The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.

Pros

Decent paying side job, flexible hours

Cons

Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
