      Pros

      PB used to be an employee-forward company. Strong emphasis on growth and development, work/life balance, diversity, etc. 2024 has changed all that - it's now about doing things as cheaply as possible. Good luck with that.

      Cons

      Focus is on cost reduction, geography over productivity and rebuilding assets that already exist - but with new lipstick.
