I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible working conditions and work from home

    Cons

Over the past 5 years stock options disappeared, bonus are rare and have not been paid 3 out of 5 years and the two years we received our bonus they were minimal. The opportunity for career development is non-existent, spending freezes on travel and seminars. ESPP is pitiful. Benefits and their costs are below industry standards. Culture is all talk and no action.

I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than a year

    Pros

a 100 year old company. Superior product.

    Cons

The company is definitely constantly trying to evolve due to the changes in the industry. They do not care for their clients. The only way to hit target is to oversell your clients on products and/or features that they do not need.
