    Expectations increased to purposely rid senior managers to hire less experienced and lower paid employees.

    - Generous holiday, competitive pay and other benefits - Flexible working culture - many colleagues work between office and home - Plenty of opportunities to stretch yourself if you show willing and commitment - Company undergoing transformation, so committed to ongoing investment in new business opportunities

    - Pace of change can result in quality of some solutions falling short - US-centric business - you have to fight harder for what you need if you're not based in the US

    Be quicker to close down solutions that are not beneficial to the business or to our clients, better to be honest with clients rather than string them along

    Great work culture Women safety Diversity and Inclusion Fun while you work Flexibility of Working hours

    Cons

    It has deteriorated it some basic amenities for employees and stopped following 1. Sodexos 2. Benefits of Stocks 3. Bonanza (very cost effective and differentiating step) 4. Work from Home 5. Stock price is going all time low and doesn't look promising these days.

    Advice to Management

    You should start resuming some basic stuff like wednesday bonanza and sodexo and wfh again.
