Pros
It use to have a good work culture and stability, but the new management has made some drastic changes that have changed the fabric of the company and put its future on shaky grounds.
Cons
Management doesn’t care about people. The awards that PB have received are a sham because they are manipulated to showcase incorrect data. There is no job security. It is a poor reflection of what the company once used to be.
