Pros
Good place to gain some school of hard knocks experience. Some great poeple within the company. you learn to do a lot with very little.
Cons
The company treats their clients and their staff very poorly. Senior management does not listen to, or have any interest in the mid level management. This compnay has forgotten that the clients are the number one focus and the sales people that work with them need to be supported.
