Pros
Independent charge gives you the freedom to strategise and work according to your ideas. Failure does not mean you get fired like most American companies. Work environment is very good amongst IT, and people respect each other for what they are and not for rank.
Cons
Sometimes non-performers get to stay on, as the company is not too harsh on them. Need to have stronger marketing in emerging markets
