Pros
Relatively easy work, great people to work with (not counting any executives), lots of flexibility. Was a stable company for a long time (but changing now).
Cons
The senior leadership is making drastic changes based solely on fixing what they broke yesterday instead of looking forward. Employees are overworked and underpaid. No opportunities for career advancement. "Field employees" are left hanging out to dry. Corp comes first, and gets saved time after time.
