Pros

Good Place to work but just because of few stupid peoples companies suffers sometime

Cons

They don’t have any management skills purely non-technical guys. They are like an empty vessels always make much noise. So you have very less opportunity for your growth. They need someone on top with good skills to guide team for their growth. NOC is good for those who like to participate in NOC parties drink with management, listen their abuses follow them for whatever they want. Once you start following them you will be in safe hands and get all type of favors like onsite opportunity, Awards and so on. I have a great experience I worked very hard and done outstanding work for Pitney Bowes but problem I was not following them I lose my Job. I have a examples those who never worked and follow them have good count of awards. Few of Team leads are like a burden on NOC but they are living very comfortable life just because of (Party goes all night) Now a days lot of people have already left and few more are in pipeline just because of management in NOC (management hierarchy issue)
