Pros
Being able to work in an agile workplace is great, salary is adequate, people are great. They have some great technology in their toolkit.
Cons
Every company has it's own problems and issues, PB is no different. However, keeping a balanced perspective, the Cons are basically standard - better communication with employees. Hours can be long at times, depending on what is going on.
