Pros
Good benefits - health, paid vacation, profit sharing, potential for yearly department bonuses, etc. Some departments have opportunities for commissions. Most of the people you work with (not necessarily for) are good people and willing to share their expertise.
Cons
It is a call-center environment and sometimes can be very impersonal. A number of supervisors with years of experience and expertise with PB have recently been "laid off" or accepted early retirement incentives, and combining workloads for those remaining. That obviously affects how supervisors can relate to their subordinates. Beginning wages are not enough to support a family. Training for additional job responsibilities or a change of departments is sadly lacking the details needed to perform the tasks.
