The company's management not only tolerates, but also fails to defend their employees against customer aggressive behaviours. This creates an unhealthy work environment where employees feel unprotected. The attitudes of the Spanish management, in particular, are concerning. Employees are often treated as mere tools, not as equals. If you dare to challenge a director, you may find yourself ostracized, bad-mouthed to other managers, blocked from projects, or even relegated to a desk job with no real responsibilities. The company also has a "mentor" system in place, ostensibly to provide guidance. However, this often feels more like a control mechanism, assessing your suitability for a role as an instrument for the management. NTT Data Greece is highly disorganized. Employees are often expected to wear many hats without clear instructions or guidance. No tools are provided for your job; even essential items require financial approval. The company's managers seem more interested in safeguarding their positions than supporting their teams. They often delegate their responsibilities to their subordinates without the necessary support or protection. Lastly, the company doesn't officially remove you from a project. Instead, they subtly pressure you to leave without prior notice or information about changes. This lack of transparency and respect for employees is one of the key issues at NTT Data Greece.
