      Some friendly and talented colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      Following a disagreement with management over poor resourcing on a project, which led to the project's failure, I found myself subject to punitive performance reviews. I excelled in the performance review, only to be put under another one, and was then fired with no explanation or justification. Dimension Data's position was that I was being dismissed for 'serious misconduct', but when asked to explain what that misconduct was, I was threatened by their lawyers and offered no explanation.

      Met a few really good technical people

      Cons

      The company was driven by Sales People. They are treated as Gods. Everything is about meeting numbers. Do not care how it was done. Customers are just cash cows.

      They let you WFH and the job is secure.

      Cons

      The management is pretty bad, they don't communicate and change their mind about what they're wanting a lot. The training is next to non existent, and current workers give you very brief tips, no official training and then you get bad feedback from managers because you've not been doing the right thing. Not great, you'll find better pay and managers elsewhere, I'd steer clear.
