Following a disagreement with management over poor resourcing on a project, which led to the project's failure, I found myself subject to punitive performance reviews. I excelled in the performance review, only to be put under another one, and was then fired with no explanation or justification. Dimension Data's position was that I was being dismissed for 'serious misconduct', but when asked to explain what that misconduct was, I was threatened by their lawyers and offered no explanation.
