Seeking help often leads to being ignored; unfortunately, some individuals exhibit inflated egos. The environment can feel reminiscent of a high school dynamic, with specific individuals being perceived as 'cool' while others are not as favoured. Moreover, there is a noticeable tendency for sabotage among some members, which can be disheartening.
