      Easy, relaxed environment. Nothing like the other Japanese companies where you are expected to commit every hour of your life to your company.

      Cons

      Slow speed. Hard to imagine the company continue to suceed in this ever changing environment.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
