Pros
Dimension Data is by far a great partner for lot of ITC vendors. Really focused in results and customer satisfaction. Bring value to customer table is a differentiator. The company has a great technical performance and solution oriented vision. Also great set of customers to deal with, so good opportunity to achieve quotas. Team work is good enough.
Cons
As a big company there are lot of processes for the sales cycle, therefore some agilite is lost. Sometimes the presales team are small according to the customers and business initiatives need.
