      They support internal mobility but very time consuming though.

      Cons

      You simply work at client location. Company believes you are golden goose to them. No or very very very low annual pay raise. You get struck at where you have joined.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
