      Pros

      Good work life flexibility, great career prospects for the properly motivated. Always looking forward and adapting to the next transformation in the ever changing ICT industry.

      Cons

      Matrix management approach which is generally good but there are some issues with division of labour, reporting lines and responsibilities between National Vs State, and Professional Services vs Managed Services.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
