- The Pay is a bit below market - Low rotation of staff, makes harder to escalate in the enterprise ladder. - Very low collaboration between intestate offices. Low synergy - Too much admin burden when working on projects. - That admin burden makes more its services more expensive, as consequense pushing harder on engineering to deliver faster and as result with lower quality, in order to keep low costs.
