      Fair salary, offers many online courses for free, supports professional development, decent 401k matching program, function independent of NTT Data once in a position

      Cons

      Company is so big they don't have the personal touch or care - if you don't bring in the dollars, they don't work to keep you even though they have invested in your professional developement

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
