Pros
Brand name is Big as emerged as Subsidy of NTT data Group. Get good Salary in Beginning. Good Leave Policy No Variable pa All fixed. Getting new Projects.
Cons
Its going through Integration Phase of 4 Companies Keane,Intelligourp ,Vertex and MISI so still lot of issues are there Policy wise.It will take time get properly integrated after that I could one of the Top IT players. Almost Zero HR support. Not Good Appraisal Process. No Proper Communication by HR. Salary hike is not good and normalized. Lack in training and Facility. Onsite Salary is quite low not even in range of Competitor.
