Pros
People who are passionate about their work. Many people have been there for years and years and it become friends beyond work. Lots of opportunity for the person who wants to make things happen and drive a changing business model.
Cons
Challenging if you don't like ambiguity. Many unwritten "rules" and lack of clarity about decision making. A company that has FOMO - fear of missing out - in the extreme. A culture that does not easily accredit or buy into suggestions from outside parties: they believe (many times naively) that they can do it all themselves. Struggling with the effects of managing a journey to a more global business model.
