Pros

nothing it is literally going down the pan - i.e. NTT the parent are taking the bits they want and the rest is history...

Cons

The CEO used to come on stage at the yearly update, waving a cricket bat around [supposedly a cricket fan] yet it so happens that at the same time, he was telling everyone it is not a democracy and we are all to do as we are told. So what happens when we all do as we are told, but due to shocking management, lack of leadership and the fact they all looked after one another when the trouble arises - he comes back on stage - minus the cricket bat - but pointing his finger at the audience and letting them know the fact that DD is going down the pan - is all our fault - for doing as we were told. It has nothing to do with still trying to sell HW and some old fashioned out of date portfolio made up from the 'look out for another' management team. What a joke - you got what you deserved Coulsen.

NTT DATA Response

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you feel this way about Dimension Data. The yearly update that you refer to was in-fact at the time of the 2013-14 Ashes Test Series with a test being held at the time of the event where Australia were winning. The use of the cricket bat was a prop as part of an introduction to the presentation as the CEO is Australian and was presenting to a UK based audience. Dimension Data is going through a transformational journey as many companies are doing in the market today. With our parent company, NTT Group, investing in the business we are confident we will continue to develop and deliver high value solutions for our clients that help them achieve their goals. The door is open if you would be willing to discuss your views with Andrew or myself, we are genuinely keen to hear all open and honest feedback. Victoria Ward - HRD Europe

Pros

None, Do not apply for this company

Cons

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
