Pros
Fair salary, dependable, good healthcare benefits for a family. Good vacation policy. Interesting people. Most of all, the people NTT Data hires are GOOD! you are working with professionals who care about their client.
Cons
Bias towards Indian management with little regard for native experience. Somewhat of a "reverse colonialism". When the client lays off or retires a role, the Global Resource Management (GRM) has little clue what you can do besides a one word description, with the idea that you would appreciate anywhere from sea to shining sea. Based in Bangledesh, there is little understanding of American workers.
