Only one that comes to mind... After the NTT Data acquisition of legacy Dell Services they did carry over benefits and 401K match for the remainder of the benefit year, prior to slashing benefits and 401K contributions.
Cons
Massive waves of layoffs going on under the radar. I was laid off even though we were told that our positions were safe, due to the acquisition. Senior leadership and direct reports are disingenuous, disorganized and don't have a clue how to expand its healthcare IT footprint in the US. There is a lack of transparency and no strategic visioning. The bottom line is the bottom line.... upper management will reward themselves with bonuses and the underlings see no bonuses, or raises. Bonuses are at the manager's discretion, so you can work on the same team and some team members may get a "meager" bonus and you see nothing. Insulting and unethical.
