      Good experience and friendly co-workmates

      Cons

      Very low pay, no bonus, favoritism, some supervisors can' train the new agents well, some airline heads has bad attitude and long hours of work (really tiring but the pay is not worth it)

      Pros

      They accept fresh graduates. It is also a good starting point for aspiring applicants

      Cons

      The salary is not quite competitive also unlike other airline agency they dont have other benfits like free flights specially since they are considered as one of the big agency.
