If you will be assigned on either Outstations or the manila station which is the International Cargo Terminal you will encounter a lot of toxic people I mean a lot. What company doesnt have right? But if you get a simple infraction the whole cargo department is gonna know your name. what errors do I mean. Delays, Wrong Encoding, Wrong Counting, Improper use of Label and accepting of cargo. those error will definitely get you eventually. Its normal to make a mistake but can you endure the mistake? And dont get me started on the mandatory OT people are resigning due to bad management. Oh the incentives program The Perfect attendance what a joke one infraction in one second its ruined. HMO is also a joke there is a limit you have to spend on your behalf don't get me started on the paperwork everything is needed to file manually. Macroasia dont have a proper system. Even there system is still have bugs to this day. Contract bond is 2 years so you will have to endure once you go into macroasia. Btw there is no Worklife balance here. All you do is work and your physical and mental health will easly degrade here. For 14000 for contract with no HMO until regularization with no Vacation leaves. And the office supplies oh yes my favorite The Ancient Monitor and CPU was built before thomas eddison. Dont get me wrong working for this company you need to be fast and quickwitted. But your devices are slow and yes the Prehistoric Photocopier drums all the time and jams when in need so you need to learn how to share not the photocopier but the drum itself (removing the drum and placing inside your copier machine) constant blackouts. And the workforce they dont assign you another replacement even though your colleagues resign immediately that means more work for you splitting the work load with less salary and keeping on your toes if you cause infractions. Every company has weaknesses I would have stayed if the salary compensation were higher but for two years I was stagnant on my position. False promises were given.Not every company is Perfect but not every company is Macroasia.
