We are sorry that your experience for working for Kerv is less than we would hope. We genuinely care and strive to make Kerv a Great Place To Work and are proud that we have achieved this independently assessed award for the last 2 years. We know that we can always improve on all matters building a rewarding and inclusive environment with a strong sense of belonging.
We hope that when changes are made they are openly communicated where appropriate to share. We have managers and the people team available to listen to concerns. Also, as you will know from your time with Kerv, most of our staff choose to complete a weekly pulse survey to tell us (anonymously) how they are feeling and what their experience of working at Kerv is like. It’s this feedback that has helped develop a rewarding culture that we are proud of.
