Would not recommend - Anonymous employee Karndean Designflooring Employee Review

Micromanaged, strange office culture and unrealistic targets. I was also let go during my probation with no warnings at all. I had weekly meetings with my manager to see how I was getting on and was informed I was doing well and had picked up the role quickly and there were minimum issues and concerns. Then one day I was pulled in to an unscheduled meeting and let go due to minor excuses, certainly nothing that would class as against code of conduct. Extremely poor management. Please do not give up a secure job to work here.
