Karndean Designflooring interview questions

First interview with recruiter, moved up to Regional Manager interview. Both were friendly, was obvious that I'd be a good fit for the role having done a similar job before. After a couple follow up emails with the recruiter, I was scheduled for an online interview with a sales manager who lived in PA. When he came on camera, I was surprised. Looked as if he had been napping--messy hair and a 5 o'clock shadow. It was obvious from his questions that he wanted a male for the role since there was heavy sampling and some display assembly involved. I followed up with the recruiter but was ignored for several weeks until I received a generic email saying they had filled the role. Not impressed.
