good work life balance, very good on diversity and inclusion, very good on security

this is a safe space, there is not much opportunity to learn and grow personally, not due to to the people or the work but mainly due to the IESO being so heavily connected to politics and politics is not at all part of electricity planning, 4 yrs vs 20, so one cannot create or design systems that are modern or global standard
