      Good pay and benefits. Decent work life balance

      Cons

      Very technical work, if you are not an engineer then you are not valued for your knowledge. You sit and rot for your entire career and no one would notice. Not a good place for ambition

      Great learning exprience, good compensation, good on resume.

      Cons

      Unless you have connections and you try hard to be visible, people won't recognize your hard work and your strong knwolege. You have to be just a good talked to impress management. No true appreciation for exprience and hard work.
