You are not there to help candidates, you are there to cover Hays from being held legally viable for anything by constantly asking strangers if they have any health & safety concerns without actually being able to do anything about it. Extremely obvious that the entire team is going to be outsourced to a country with thread bare salaries & no workers rights. Will gaslight you in the hopes you resign or will open unsubstantiated disciplinary processes & unfair investigations into to create the grounds for constructive dismissal.
