Pros
Good tools, very busy and very fast paced. Performance driven business so if you don't bring in money they really look down on you but there are cool people to work with. Lots of hard workers.
Cons
Very toxic environment that trickles down from unprofessional managers. Lots of talking behind people's backs. They'll say they have a very open management style but they are very rude, and they encourage gossip. High turnover. Understaffed.
