Meritocratic culture - promotions available to everyone and are not limited to office size or when someone leaves Commission structure - motivates you to make more money each month and you are rewarded for your hard work Team work - everyone is working towards the same goal and supports each other the entire way Training programme - Module 1 & 2 are fantastic and the 1:1 training by managers is also really helpful

Offices - not all offices are 'uniform' and as 'on brand' as they could be Working hours - long working days
