Pros

It used to be a great place to work. People got along, recruiters and AM's were considered equals. That has since changed.

Cons

This place used to be a great place to work, but recently, people are leaving my the handfuls weekly. Since Covid the company has shown that they do not really care about their people. They forced people back into the office in the fall of 2020 way too early, and are now demanding people go back into the office now, even if they've proven themselves to be successful from home. If that was the same across the board for recruiters and AM's, it might be one thing, but certain people get special treatment to stay remote forever, just because of who they are. Management sends out videos and emails about Mental Health but then follows that up with emails to work harder so the company can hit their goals. They send out videos and emails about diversity and creating new programs to focus on diversity, and then they hire another old white male executive. They sent out "Your Voice Survey's" yet I haven't seen anything implemented. There are no inflation raises, and people stay at their same base pay for years because their promotion levels are very hard to obtain once you get so high. They take away resources, put more work on the recruiters, and expect you to make more placements this way. Also worth noticing, the benefits and 401 suck - I wouldn't even call it a match.

Pros

Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

Cons

Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
