      Pros

      -> free meal , cab , medical insurance -> good parties -> one can improve client facing skill -> On Site I did travel to UK and Australia

      Cons

      -> lower version of technologies used but they are improving them self -> you will get good salary if you asked at the time of interview -> most of the persons dont care for process , managers and architects are unskilled

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
