      Pros

      Great people. Love the staff and customers. Manager always has a smile and fills the kitchen with goodies for all staff.

      Cons

      Never get a raise and everyone gets the same rate of pay. Only shop on day off and have to wait 48 hours before you buy item that just went to floor. Can't shop at lunch time or if your off from work. Has to be day off from work. Not enough staff for all the shifts. Pushed to make numbers on pieces going out to sales floor.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
