Goodwill interview questions

First interview with a VP. Second interview with a panel. Third interview with President of operations. The process was very professional. The panel was not thorough but it was strange.

Recruiter contacted me and asked about my ability to perform the job. "What does customer service mean to you?" Very easy phone call. Next step is store tour where you are shown various areas of store operations. The process has changed: when I was hired in September I was sent home to start another day, now you start working same day as the tour so make sure you eat/are ready to work.
