      This company has lost it's core values. It is all about the money. They like to say "We put people to work" yet treat their own employees like dirt. There is no compassion, empathy nor concern whatsoever for it's own employees. Everything you do is negative, there is never any positive feedback.No matter how hard you work or how much you accomplish it isn't good enough.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Cons

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
