      Work life balance Reasonable expectations in workload Training, communication and advancement PTO, overtime and holiday pay Understanding and supportive company Programs offered to clients and employees all the same Employee discount(if you can schedule a time to use it) 50% off coupons

      Low pto return for part time associates Strange and strict shopping policies make it wildly complicated to buy anything from the company and use your discount.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
