Pros
They are amazing! We put over 1000 people into jobs last year and hoping to fill hundreds more this year! I always felt a part of the team. I had great set hours. I learned everything quickly and for sure was given enough responsibility to keep me busy. I loved working for Goodwill of Northern Arizona.
Cons
Sometimes it can be stressful working at a non profit because people don't fully understand how proceeds benefit the public but you can turn this con around by being educated about the company and kindly educating people on what we do here at Goodwill
