Pros

There's a lot of opportunity to grow within the company with little higher education requirements. There's a very flexible work schedule at the entry level end. You're able to have self expression i.e.- hair color, piercings, tattoos, without having to worry about any backlash from corporate or managers. Day to day work is not complicated and it will generally be same type of work each day so its easy to fall into a groove. With good management your team/cast will be great. Amazing health, dental, and vision care if you are full-time- although expensive.

Cons

As a manager there's very little support and upper management is spread thin. You have to be prepared to work and constantly move around but there will always be loose ends to tie up. If you're in management there will be times where you will have to do overtime because work needs to be done sooner rather than later.

Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

Cons

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff
