The promotion of incompetent people into positions with little to no knowledge or training, they play favorites and you either comply or leave..."position elimination" is my favorite!! The best way to describe their business culture is "confused". They will jump into projects without preparation or a clear outcome in mind, ramp up and throw tons of money at a project, only to haphazardly abandon the project before it's completed or tested.
