      Pros

      Love my clients and the jobs I coached them at. It was great going to a different location every day.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, a lot of turn over in staff, lack of training, a lot of late evenings and weekend work and not a family friendly environment.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
