Pros
The discount on clothing is great, and you can usually get hours scheduled in a very flexible way.
Cons
Literally everything else. Working for a corporation that doesn’t care about its employees is tough. Guilting you to come in when you’re sick, not approving time off, demanding long shifts, little pay. The focus of the store is mostly on to convince customers to apply for a credit card. No one is trained to understand the full impact of applying for a card and no one cares about the customer’s experience. It’s just about getting them to apply.
