Pros
People and managers were great, and if your a hard worker they will help you and encourage you to stay and grow with the company. Great employee discount.
Cons
Corporate policies were so silly i could tell a greenhorn without any real experience or knowledge were making decisions up there. CEO also visits but surely can't be blind to the fact that his visits cost thousands of hours in payroll that no store can manage.
