As a global company, we have numerous escalation points whereby employees can report such behavior.
We are continually working to develop our managers (most of whom are promoted internally) to become the best leaders possible – and we listen carefully to feedback from GLGers like you to keep both sides accountable. We understand not everyone is right to lead a team, so we’ve created more opportunities for strong individual contributors to get promoted without taking on leadership responsibilities.
Work-life balance in a remote work environment is at the forefront of our thinking right now, including making sure we're supporting teams when work volume spikes. While our GLG colleagues no doubt work hard, we are setting clearer expectations to promote time off the desk, including hard lines around holidays and weekends, to ensure individuals can take the time they need.
