      Pros

      The people you will work with are very educated and motivated. There is a sense of community especially on the PSS team. It is a great stepping stone in your career and will lead you to better future opportunities. The benefits will keep you around and are very hard to beat.

      Cons

      The work is extremely mundane and you will use no brain power. You will be *strongly encouraged* to never take a lunch and work without breaks. Colleagues in different areas of the company will make you feel less than at times. You will have little to no voice for any issues you want to change. They hire most managers from outside the company. You will love your direct managers but upper management is awful and so far removed from you that they do not care what you have to say. If you make any mistake, you are immediately called out as you are extremely micro managed on everything you do. Upper management has their "favorites" who will get promoted.

Project Support is not a perfect fit for everyone. The work is no doubt challenging, albeit rewarding. We’re glad you made such strong connections while you were with the company, and that it has opened so many doors for you. We hear this a lot. We are constantly working to develop our managers (most of whom are promoted internally) to become better leaders, and we listen carefully to feedback from GLGers like yourself to keep both sides accountable. Burnout and work life balance in a remote work environment are at the forefront of our thinking right now, including making sure we’re supporting our teams when work volume spikes.       Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

      Cons

      Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

      Good colleagues, arguably a good job post college (for like a year MAX)

      Cons

      I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. Spent 5 years there, and watched it go further downhill every year. You leave with only soft skills (if that), and 0 actual industry knowledge. Seriously, you leave only knowing a bunch of Hocus Pocus. I am really surprised this company hasn't been bought yet. Or merged. On my team alone, we lost 7 out of our 9 managers since January... either due to layoffs or them quitting. Pay is low. There are no bonuses and it's very difficult to get a raise. 90k in NYC is poverty. There are bright people that come in with Masters, and PhDs, and MBAs -- handing them 90k is insulting.
