      Pros

      + Company has many smart clients and there is a sense of immediacy to their work I enjoy + There aren't any layers between my clients and our team + I've been offered two jobs since I started working here at far higher pay by the companies I serve

      Cons

      - Management team has absolutely no clue how to run or grow a business - A Ton of issues between the Research organization and the sales team - We never hear a word from the CEO other than a few words at last year's Christmas party - Massive turnover that has affected morale

      Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

      Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

      Horrible work life balance. Zero company culture. Few career growth opportunities. This role is soon to be fully replaced by AI.
