Pros
-Pretty decent benefits -Good people to work alongside and easy to make friends early career
Cons
Company allowed [redacted consulting firm] to define the restructuring of the past year. They created a plan to flatten roles within our sales and service orgs, and to mimic some key components of our main competitor's performance management strategies to increase productivity/drive revenue. They then proceeded to lay off MANY people while pursuing a plan that required more headcount. Remaining managers/VPs are so obviously stretched thin which is impacting client impressions of our business, the associate experience, and the business overall. LT refuses to address the people components of our business, even when we're finally starting to see some regular modes of communication.
